I’m currently engaged at Lloyds Banking Group, providing data-driven UX, UI and interaction design, along with accessibility consultancy across their network of brands. Based in South Lanarkshire, I’m within easy commuting distance of both Glasgow and Edinburgh, and work with teams both locally and remotely across the UK.

I’ve helped shape end-to-end experiences such as micro loans, insurance applications, credit and debit card management, financial wellbeing tools, AI supported underwriting tools, and customer retention journeys.
